DESCRIPTION:To nominate - click 'Register'!\n\n\n\nNominated person is responsible for setting up any/all collection items for money to be donated votes. These may be cans\, jars or boxes decorated in some manner with "nominee" name showing plainly on the container. Votes are counted by means of: Each dollar = 1 vote.\n\n \n\nContainer must show that money raised by this effort will go to the Palisade Chamber of Commerce to be used in some manner relating to a charity of nominee's choice.\n\n \n\nNominee may prefer to garner support through the means of a "sponsorship". This can be in the form of personal sponsorship\, business sponsorship\, corporate sponsorship\, etc. \n\n \n\nVoting ends at 12:00 pm on Thursday\, December 1st. Contents of containers must be turned into the Chamber office no later than 1:00 pm on that date in order to be counted as votes for the nominee.\n\n \n\nTown Grouch/Grouch-ette 2022 will be expected to be available for various functions around town. Notice will be given at the time of need. \n\n \n\nTown Grouch/Grouch-ette 2022 will act as "Good Will Ambassador" for Olde Fashioned Christmas. It would be very appropriate for the "Grouch" to dress properly to look your grouchiest\, and of course\, wear a grouchy face! \n\n \n\nTown Grouch/Grouch-ette 2022 will ride a designated "Grouchmobile" i.e. Palisade Fire Truck in the Parade of Lights on December 2nd\, 2022.\n\n \n\nAny questions you have may be addressed by contacting the Palisade Chamber of Commerce at (970) 464-7458.
